What this is.
Lares is an agent system that runs on its owner's own server. This Oura connection belongs to Heiberg Industries' Lares installation. Only members of Heiberg Industries can connect their ring to it — today, one person.

What it reads.
Only what you allow on Oura's own consent screen: sleep, readiness and activity, summaries, workouts and rest sessions.

Why.
So the installation's training-coach agent can suggest when and how hard you train, and answer your questions about training, recovery and nutrition. Nothing else.

Where it is kept.
On Heiberg Industries' server in the EU, separately for each member —> no member sees another member's data. Numbers are kept only as long as needed to compare a night against your own recent normal (at most 180 days), then deleted.

Who else sees it.
The numbers are sent to an AI language model, through Heiberg's own gateway, only to write the coach's replies to you. They are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used to train any AI model.

Stopping and deletion.
Disconnecting Oura in the Lares console deletes all your Oura data at once (always within 72 hours). You can also withdraw access at any time in the Oura app.
